Originally named Parker & Rhodes, Inc., the company was formed in 1994. It was designed as a paralegal service preparing corporate documentation for Georgia attorneys. The business grew rapidly. On January 1, 1996 one of the owners reactivated his law practice, D.H. Robertson & Associates, P.C., to continue serving other attorneys as well as the general public in preparing corporate documentation. Parker & Rhodes, Inc. continued as a corporate kit supplier for D. H. Robertson & Associates, P.C. and other attorneys. In 2002, a new partnership was formed and Robertson & Gable, LLC continued providing legal work. In 2003, Parker & Rhodes, Inc. adopted the trade name Corporate Kits Plus as a part of its marketing plan. Today, CKP is one of the largest corporate supply companies in Georgia and is expanding to reach the entire southeast.
